As things go from bad to worse, Lindsay Lohan has reportedly become an official suspect in the recent Hollywood Hills jewelry heist!

As previously reported, Lohan spent the night at the home owned by Sam Magid after a small house party on August 19, after which he reported to police that $100,000 worth of jewelry was stolen.

After the incident, the Mean Girls star was not “formally questioned” by police, and stated that she had nothing to do with the missing watches and sunglasses, however investigators say both Lindsay and her assistant Gavin Doyle are the prime suspects in the left, according to TMZ.

TMZ continued that Magid has reportedly recanted his complaint, but the LAPD is continuing its investigation.

Lohan is still on informal probation stemming from various infractions, including pleading no contest to stealing a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store in Venice, California.

Reps for Lindsay had no comment on the new developments.
