He’s known for his caring about his fans and always going the extra mile for them, and Justin Bieber proved just that when he and girlfriend Selena Gomez made a special surprise appearance in Auckland yesterday afternoon (July 19).

The “All Around The World” singer and his beautiful brunette gal stopped by the Starship Hospital to visit sick children in need before heading off to an exclusive invite only gig at The Cloud in the CBD.

Preparing for the big appearance, Justin’s friend Alfredo Flores, who was travelling with Bieber, tweeted to his nearly one million followers, “Always need to mentally prepare myself for these children hospital visits. Really excited though.”

Justin was in New Zealand for a two-day promotional tour to promote his newest record, Believe, which is in stores now.
