It’s tabloid gold, and now even the big stars of Hollywood are putting their two cents in on the divorce of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes.

In a recent interview, Jennifer Lopez revealed that she was “stunned” to hear about the couple’s split, but can relate as she has some experience in the divorice department herself.

J. Lo said, “I’m sad for them. They’re both really lovely people, and just like Marc and I, it’s not what you want to happen. You fight and you try and you try until you realize you can’t anymore.”

The former American Idol judge noted that the A-List couple have been in her thoughts and wished them nothing but the best during their difficult time. She also expressed her concern for their children, six-year-old Suri, and Tom’s kids with Nicole Kidman, Connor and Isabella.

Jenny continued, “You know I just wish them peace in their decision. And really for Suri and their other children as well, because you become such a family. It’s not just Suri, it’s Connor and Isabella and everybody; you all become a family. And when that breaks apart, nobody wins; everybody’s heartbroken in some way. And I just wish them peace.”
