Jason Derulo Announces Future History: Platinum Edition


Multi-platinum singer and songwriter Jason Derulo is set to release Future History Platinum Edition to the Australian and New Zealand markets on Friday, July 27. This is the follow up to his Gold Certified 2nd album Future History.

Future History Platinum Edition follows the announcement of Australia’s Network Ten new reality show Everybody Dance Now where Derulo will star as one of two dance captains.

Future History Platinum Edition includes Derulo’s previously unreleased single ‘Undefeated’ and a second Platinum Club Mix disc which features a 50 minute dance mix featuring all of Jason’s biggest hits from his self-titled debut album and Future History.

The new edition includes the hits ‘Don’t Wanna Go Home’, ‘Fight For You’, ‘Breathing‘ and ‘It Girl’.

The video for ‘Don’t Wanna Go Home’ has racked up over 75 million views on YouTube, with ‘It Girl’reaching over 39 million and ‘Breathing‘ coming in at over 19 million views worldwide.

Derulo, who has sold more than 13 million singles and 850,000 albums worldwide, is the first male solo artist to score consecutive No. 1′s on Billboard’s Pop Songs radio airplay chart in the chart’s 17-year-history with his first two entries. Derulo won five awards at the 2011 BMI Pop Awards including “Songwriter of the Year,” which he shared with Lady Gaga and his debut album’s producer JR Rotem.
