Getting ready for the upcoming season of The X Factor, the first promotional video for the show has been released.

Taking things in a different direction to last year, Simon Cowell and LA Reid have enlisted the talents of Britney Spears and Demi Lovato, who will both be joining the judges panel.

Spears and Lovato will fill the vacancies left by former judges Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger, who were let go from their contracts earlier this year.

At one point in the commercial, Simon looks into the camera and asks, “What was I thinking?”
